The last two times I ordered from this Panda Express location, my order was made incorrectly, forcing me to drive all the way back and wait in line again to get it fixed. Tonight was especially frustrating. I went through the drive-thru around 10:30 PM. I understand the store closes in about 30 minutes, and I always try to be understanding about that. However, the customer in front of me was offered discounts and extra food because, as the employee said, he was “helping not waste food.” She even offered him extra walnut shrimp. When it was my turn, I was still deciding what I wanted, and instead of offering the same courtesy, I was told I would be charged extra for walnut shrimp. The inconsistency in how customers are treated was disappointing. Also, I don’t think the employees realize how loud the drive-thru microphone is — customers can clearly hear the conversations happening with the car ahead of them. That made the situation even more awkward and frustrating. I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple incorrect orders and this experience tonight, I felt it was worth mentioning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Updated. I decided to try to go through the drive through. never again. There were almost no customers inside and no one was in the drive through after I ordered at the speaker. I then waited at the window for literally ten minutes with nobody ever speaking to me, so I just decided to call it and leave. It looked like people were working frantically, but there was no one there, inside or out. Never again. It seems like they're doing it on purpose at this point. Nicest looking, but worst run Panda I've ever been to. Every time I've gone, takes 15-20 minutes for any dish, they never have much ready, 3 times the order was wrong, just a chaotic mess, even when not busy. Service: 1
