I don’t typically do reviews but this was a horrible first experience. It took 30 minutes to get our food even though we were the first ones in line. We stood there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and only after we stopped someone to ask for help. They were out of about half the food, including rice. We were told it would be ready in three minutes, but it took 15. No one apologized, and the manager stayed in the back preparing food without acknowledging a single customer. Meanwhile, they continued serving drive-thru orders while roughly 15 people waited inside. I had to ask for an inconvenience discount and was given only $3 off a $40 order. The food itself was pretty good, but not worth dealing with an unprepared staff and such a long wait for a simple Thursday dinner rush. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never been a fan of Panda Express. Definitely not now. Ordered drive thru for my wife and waited over a half hour for my order. Incompetent staff. Don’t waste your time Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
