I asked for fresh food, immediately I turned - I was given the old dish. I know because the server brought the fresh food a second later. I love panda express but this one seems terrible. I ordered a bow and the cashier had the gut go give me just one hot sauce. What? Oh, I guess they do that to black people (I hate to go that route but it looks like). This is my second experience and it's sad that sometimes I prefer driving to Fresno to eat Panda. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
