Come here if you want cross-contaminated food! I single-handedly watched Esmeralda, The manager handle cash, and then proceeded to push down the lid of my box to see what food item it was to enter in and then open my food several times to enter it in. She handled cash between making my food and charging me. I don’t understand why she was rushing to put someone on break when we were the only people in line. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. The manager, Jose, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered chow mein and was told more would be ready in about four minutes. I then asked for extra chilies in my kung pao chicken, and he responded dismissively that he had already put “enough” in there. While I was still waiting, Jose proceeded to make himself a plate, piling it high with chow mein and grabbing two egg rolls. Meanwhile, five customers behind me placed their orders, paid, and left the store before I even received my food. When I finally opened my order, there were no chilies at all in the kung pao chicken, and the orange chicken was cold from sitting on the counter instead of under the heat lamp. I’ve eaten here before and genuinely enjoyed it, which makes this even more disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor food quality, and disregard for customers has left me questioning whether I’ll return. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
