EMPTY TRAYS COOKS ARE SLOW SERVICE IS SLOW STAFF IS UNATTENTIVE SERVER YUSHONNA IS LESS FOCUSED ON CUSTOMERS WAITING TO PAY AND COLLECT THE ORDER STAFF IS SLOW ... THEY DO NOT INFORM THE COOKS WHEN THE BOWL IS 50% DOWN SO THEY CAN START COOKING TO REFILL THE POTS YOU ARE LEFT UNATTENDED WHILE YOUR FOOD IS LYING ON THE TABLE SINCE NO ONE IS BOTHERED TO PUNCH IN THE ORDER SO YOU CAN PAY AND LEAVE... TIME WASTE ..: STAFF NEED MORE TRAINING NO MANAGER ON BOARD .... SO CANNOT COMPLAIN ... We used the drive thru about 8 pm and they were fast! Very good service. Food was hot. We were pleased with this experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

One of the worst experience at this Panda Express. I came in to order and was advised the meat I wanted took 15 minutes to make. I stated I would wait. I paid for my food and waited over 20 minutes to get it. And it was not waiting for the meat anymore but the worker. Worker Miya saw me waiting and continued to serve other people. She did not apologize nor did she make me aware that she was going to serve the other people that had not paid. She handed me my food like I was in the wrong. If this is the service I will receive, this business will never get my service again! On top of this, they did not make any of the customer aware of the broken drink machine but allow us to get a cup and head to the drink machine as if it work. This establishment is not welcoming. They do not address the customer in any friendly way. This is unacceptable. I will not recommend this Panda Express in Monroe La. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
