I ordered pickup through the app and they forgot to put in my honey chicken. I called the store and an employee ( I think named Angie ) helped me and remade my entire order for me! I order from here all the time and it’s nice to know if something goes wrong I’ll get the assistance I need promptly, and with kindness. Jeffery was also very polite. I enjoy going to this Panda Express very much. The staff always greet me and makes me feel welcome. They confirm what I ordered when checking out. If they are running low on an item, they ensure that I know. I enjoy being kept in the loop if a menu item is in the process of being refilled. The food is great quality. Very hot, fresh, and taste very well. I highly recommend it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I got my plate with 1/4 of it not there. Really upsetting, I was super hungry. I expected more food for this being over +10$ Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
