Good Lord I just had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes couldn't back out or leave because there were cars in front of me and in the back finally I get to the front and the guy asked if I want to donate I donated and he asked me to pull into the drive thru waiting area I go and I pull and I wait I wait another 5 minutes for my food finally he brings my food and I asked is there a fork in there He said no I said can I get a fork and some soy sauce He says yes He goes back in there and I wait another 10 minutes in that line just for a fork and some soy sauce so I pull up to the front doors hoping that he won't have to walk all the way to the car line instead I see him constantly looking out the doors at me and then talking to people like staff or doing other things then keep looking to see if I'm still there finally after another 10 minutes waiting I run in there and I said this is ridiculous I had to wait 45 minutes in line for my food and then I had to wait almost 20 minutes for just a fork and some soy sauce. The lady just said have a good night so I left. And then to make matters worse I Google to see if they have a phone number so I can speak to a manager and they don't have a phone number listed despite every other Panda Express having a phone number listed I'm in awe honestly at this point as to how how I was treated this way. So confused on bad comments!!! This place is super clean & the food is fresh. YES it does take a while to get your order, but if you go inside you’ll see their online que is always super long and shows the status of your order. They do seem a bit understaffed for how busy it was but all employees said hello when every person walked in and everyone was polite. Order was correct & hot. Just expect to wait about 10 min longer thank you normally would even for online ! no reason to leave a one star Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went later at night when they would be closing in an hour there was no food ready to be served just aboutit looked like they were trying to close the store down earlyso I had to wait for my food to cook to be served lol 10 to 15 minutes later.i didn’t care but the customer next to me mentioned it and it is worth noting. The food was great though. Staff was nice. Just took too long for service because food prep slackens off when closing hour arrrives. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
