Ordered teriyaki chicken that was cut into large pieces. When I asked for a knife, I was told they don’t carry them and to go to Chipotle next door. Why are the slices so huge if you’re not going to offer customers a knife to cut it? Also, my string bean chicken entree had three pieces of chicken, it was all beans. The white rice was clumped together and teriyaki chicken was stringy and chewy. I barely ate anything. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We visited this location on July 13, 2026, and unfortunately, it was the worst Panda Express experience we’ve ever had. Within a short time after eating, both of us developed severe stomach cramps that lasted for approximately eight hours. This was extremely concerning and completely unacceptable. We hope management will investigate what happened that day, review their food handling and quality control procedures, and ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was serious enough that it needs to be addressed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $40–50
