I ordered a meal online and had no issues, my boyfriend when to pick it up and I had forgotten to add an additional drink. I asked if he could just purchase one more while he was there since it was too close to the pickup time to add to my order. He got the main meal with no issues, but the staff told him to go to the back of the line during the lunch rush to purchase the additional drink. Everything else was paid for. He was not going to order any additional food because I had already ordered it. He just needed to purchase 1 drink. And staff would not let him come up to the front to purchase a large diet coke which he would have to fill up himself anyways. Staff is clearly lazy and unwilling to do a simple transaction. Moral of story: don't buy a single drink during lunch time if youre thirsty, it'll ruin the staff's day.

I used to like Panda Express. It was one of my favorite restaurants. Then they reduced servings, but gave us rewards. Then they reduced serving size and quality went down. This last visit I will ever make was today, and I didn't make a purchase, because after a waiting my turn I get cut I ln line by multiple online orders. They told the customer right infront of them, to continue to wait to be served. Its as if going in person is an inconvenience to them. Maybe I am just getting old, or is it that these large corporations have just lost the plot in trying to maximize their share holders profits. They lost a loyal customer with one action. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's Panda Express so you can rely on flavor and quality. Had a quick lunch run to make and had to leave after 18 min wait. Only two orders in front of me and one person in drive thru and one eating in restaurant. NOT BUSY. Just lack of any hurry and filling orders from on line orders instead of the people standing in the place. No one was waiting on an online order when I left. Honestly, it's Chinese McDonald's. How hard is it to provide service. Guess I will go out of town when I need a panda fix. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
