A little after 9pm and this is what your lobby looks like with no food for patrons they're almost an hour before closing is wild to me. Then to tell my son it will be about 20 minutes to make your food, so 2 things either close your lobby way earlier than 10 and just serve drive through but to have no food ready at 9 is a little crazy to me and no intentions on keeping your customer happy. I hope you bite and train managers to push sales and service and not the opposite.

This panda is ok but the portion are like kids. The wait is long each time about 4 times I wait more than 5 minutes for my food and is always just warm. Could improve. Food: 2 Service: 1

It’s a hot or miss with the food but the length of time they take is insane long ! I worked at a Panda Express a habit burger grill and jack in the box and it comes down to lack of training. There is no way when you cook in bulk! The line should take forever I sit in the drive threw behind usually 4or 5 cars and I’m sitting 20-30 min every!!!! Time the passed 7 months have been this way. Someone needs to step up. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
