This has to be the worst panda I have ever seen they don’t use gloves when putting the vegetables in the pot they’re very dirty and they give you small portions and food and they’re very slow and very rude. This place needs to be shut down. They are very disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a craving for a bowl and egg roll but after the terrible service and unnecessary attitude I received from employee Breanna I did not order my bowl. She didn’t acknowledge me made me wait while she served online orders that were received after I came in. Made me repeat what I wanted 3 different times. Then just pointed to the egg rolls and further ignored me. This is completely unacceptable. She ignored my co-worker completely didn’t even acknowledge her. I am glad that the cashier ended up apologizing for her coworkers behavior and made the trip better. She provided me the necessary information to contact corporate. Had never received this level of service before at the restaurant, just left me shocked and confused. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I purchased Panda Express this past Friday, I was missing two sides from my family order and upon m.y arrival the restaurant was very busy. I understand the workers are busy, stressed and/or frustrated with the amount of customers in line. However I find it highly unprofessional and deplorable customer service to have the manager, who should lead by example, not greet and ignore customers, and have a horrible attitude towards customers. I do not regularly visit Panda Express, nor do I have a desire to return. I just wanted to inform you of the experience I recently had. Terrible Customer Service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
