I literally waited 45 minutes today for my food. Another customer behind me was cashed out before me. My food has been sitting on the line and skipped over. When I spoke up the next mooted pointed out my food on the line and I asked how long it had been sitting there and she walked away. I walked out the door with no food. This place is unorganized and presented unsanitary. The line workers had noodles hanging out of all the containers, one dropped a box container on the floor and picked it up to still keep it in an order because it was sealed, and they were adding spilled food back into the pots. They were slow to replenish food and had astonishingly poor customer service for the order line. The female at the start of the line would start making tons of other orders before acknowledging you or thanking you for waiting so long. This location needs to be shut down

The food used to taste really good about a month ago at the store in Round Lake Beach store on Rollins. I generally order chow mein and Kung pow chicken. The noodles don't seem to be tasty at all and just bland and not even full cooked. The Kung pow chicken is not tasty either. I just had it today thinking that maybe it might have changed but it didn't. So that's it for me. Food: 2 Service: 4
