I visited panda express with my Granddaughter, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. When we walked up to the counter, the employee standing there was picking through the food with a pair of tongs and did not acknowledge us at all. After several minutes, she finally looked up and asked “what do you need?” My Granddaughter gave her order and the employee filled the container. I then gave my order, but before she had even finished preparing my food, she had already started taking the order of the customer behind me. At no point did anyone ask if I wanted anything else, which I did. I would have ordered an egg roll, but I wasn’t given the opportunity. Our food containers were simply slid down the counter and left it sitting there. After several minutes, another employee finally picked them up and took them to the register. She appeared distracted, looking around the restaurant, as if searching for someone, and never acknowledge either me or my Granddaughter. She simply rang up the order and told me the total. After we sat down, I went to look for condiments, such as soy sauce or duck sauce near the drink station, but found none. My Granddaughter suggested to ask for some, so I went back to the counter and waited. I stood there for several minutes while employees walked past me, looked directly at me, and continued on without offering assistance. I repeatedly said, “excuse me,“ but was ignored. Eventually, after waiting far too long, I noticed boxes of soy sauce sitting on the shelf at one of the workstation tables behind the counter, since no one would help me, I had to step behind the counter myself to get some. The restaurant itself was not clean, the customer service was poor, And the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers to make matters worse, the egg roll. I eventually received was so bad that I took one bite and had to spit it out. It was very disgusting. Overall, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and low quality food. I will not be returning. Now I see why the parking lot of this newly opened restaurant stays empty all of the time. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service is gross and strange! Two different people prepared my order but neither wrote on the cartons what the dishes were. So while ringing up the order, instead of communicating with each other or asking me what was ordered like I've seen done at other civilized locations. A boy, with a chicken cutlet complexion, slightly prys open a carton and sniffs it! He sniffed the carton in an attempt to determined what's inside! The servers at this location are beyond weird. Avoid! Service: 1

I came here on April 5th- and this was by far the freshest/ BEST Panda experience I’ve ever had! Whatever was happening that day- keep doing it!! Order: steamed rice/ veggies- teriyaki chicken + green beans/chicken breast Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
