Ordered online and when I got back home with the food I was missing items. Frustrating because it’s not worth the time or gas to drive back out there to get it so it’s just a loss. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Most of the staff is so friendly and welcoming, but this experience bothered me. I thought my young child said white rice, when I apologized and said they wanted fried rice, Victoria seemed annoyed and tossed the white rice back into its container aggressively. I said Thank you and apologized again No biggie, What really made me want to write this is my child colored a picture for her (Victoria) and she also seemed annoyed and told someone to go put it in her locker, didn’t smile or say thank you, or acknowledge my child. Victoria needs some customer service training and to practice some gratitude, if she didn’t have customers, she wouldn’t have a job so maybe treat customers better. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

First and foremost I am a big Panda Express fan. I love they they have healthy options and decent macro meals. My family and I stopped here on our way back home and I am sad to say that this experience has been my least favorite panda trip. All of the veggies that we got were VERY undercooked. I got greens and beef & broccoli and the broccoli was not cooked at all. My husbands entree included onions and bell peppers and they were both super crunchy and undercooked as if they were almost raw. Also, usually the lo mein is great but I tried some and it tasted old which I’m not sure if that’s just the oil that it was cooked in or if it was just standing out for a while. After this experience I will not be stopping by this Panda Express location. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4
