The whole team working tonight was so great. I was At a different location (the meridian location) and they said they couldn’t cook my teriyaki chicken extra, which has never happened to me before. Let alone the manager yelling down the line about how they just absolutely cannot cook any chicken extra. Whatever. So I called this location and asked them and they didn’t even hesitate when I asked. So I drive the 20 minutes to this location for some chicken and broccoli. I walk In and everyone working was helpful and kind and sweet. The gal working the line was very thorough when I was explaining how cooked Id like the chicken to be. Ana, the cashier, literally saved my evening. She asked me two more times after the gal working the line asked once if the meat was cooked to my liking. And they were not asking in an annoyed way, it was in a genuine “we care”, solid hospitality kind of way. I will recommend this location to anyone who brings up Panda Express and reiterate this evening to them because I’m just so grateful for the staff that was there tonight. Ps, I think They should be able to receive tips btw, because they deserve them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I placed an online order and waited about 10 minutes for pickup. When I arrived home, I found that my plate only had white rice, even though I specifically ordered half white rice and half chow mein. Very disappointing. I called the restaurant about four times to explain the situation, but no one answered. I attempted driving back in rush-hour traffic, but it wasn’t worth the time, so I went back home. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Don't bother going to this location, they are too busy packing doordash orders to worry about the customers that go in person. It took 10+ min to get through the drive through when I was the only car. They left out half my order, so I had to go back. They didn't even look at me because they were packing door dash orders. I told them they were missing half my order and gave me my food but were dismissive and rude. I asked to speak to the manager who didnt care about my experience or how badly I was treated as a paying customer. They only care about door dash orders save your time and money.
