Tried this place for dinner with a couple friends and had a pretty good experience overall. The food came out fresh and hot, and the portions were bigger than I expected. I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice, both were flavorful without being overly greasy. Service was friendly, though it took a little longer than usual to get our drinks. The dining area was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. Nothing super fancy, but it's the kind of spot I'd come back to when I'm craving Chinese food. Prices felt fair for the amount of food you get too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was very disappointed with my experience ordering the Beef Brisket at Panda Express today. The employee told me that each serving is limited to 6 pieces of beef. I understand that restaurants have portion standards, and I have no problem receiving 6 pieces if they are reasonably sized. However, the pieces I received were extremely small, and the overall portion looked noticeably less than what a full serving should be. When I politely asked why the portion was so small, the employee simply repeated that they could only give me 6 pieces and said that if I wanted more, I would have to pay extra. My issue is not about paying more. I already paid full price for the entrée and expected a fair portion. Six large pieces and six tiny pieces are clearly not the same amount of food. Counting pieces without considering their actual size or weight is not fair to customers. What disappointed me even more was the attitude. There was no effort to address my concern or provide an explanation beyond repeating the rule. The only positive thing I can say is that the Beef Brisket tasted very good. The flavor and texture were excellent. Unfortunately, the small portion and poor customer service significantly hurt the overall experience. I hope management will review their portioning practices and ensure customers receive a consistent and fair amount of food for the price they pay. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
