I went through the drive-thru around 4:00 p.m. on Sunday and was the only customer, so they weren't busy. I ordered a 2-entree plate with half chow mein and half fried rice, but the rice and noodles were all mixed together. It was sloppy and weird just eating it. Very disappointing, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy. Service: 1

I paid nearly $12 for a plate of stale, hard white rice and peppered onions, instead of the requested pepper chicken. Service was slow, which I’m okay with, but my interactions with the couple of staff members weren’tvery pleasant. I frequently pick up Dash orders here, and everyone is always so kind. However, on the couple of occasions I’ve come by here for my own dinner, there’s been a hint of nastiness—from holding my bag behind the counter before I pay as though I might run off with it (again, they see me all the time) to a slight agitation when simple questions are asked about menu items. I don’t eat out at all, and I was hoping Panda Express would relieve me of some cooking duties. After all, it’s one of a few healthier options available. I guess I’ll stick to picking up the dash orders. I’d rather cook any day than to pay for any of what’s been mentioned. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Never Fails! I do not like this location at all! After a year that they opened up every time I give it a chance they are always either out of stuff, mix up the order or rude staff. If I want Panda I have to go to Harker Heights location because there no matter how busy they are they have yet to leave me disappointed or have me regretting spending my money at that location. The West Adam’s location I’ve seen them grab the leftovers of the front and put them for the to go orders. Maybe all locations do that if but the food wasn’t cooked properly or just been sitting there they just toss it to go because we will not drive back up there to correct them. The food I got today to go was overcooked, the meagerly gave me greens and instead of white rice fried rice ( egg allergy problem) ! Yes it’s easy to confuse but I repeated myself varias times and how come no other location ever mistaken it when I order?! If u stop here just go in there to go is a broken system! Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1
