After the experience I had yesterday at another Panda Express location, I honestly wasn’t expecting much when my mom and I decided to visit this Panda Express at 2800 N Campbell Ave around 6:30 p.m. I’m so glad we gave Panda another chance. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and such positive, welcoming energy. Every employee we encountered was cheerful, kind, and respectful. You could tell the team enjoyed working together, and that positivity carried throughout the entire restaurant. The atmosphere felt clean, upbeat, and inviting. My mom and I each had free bowl meal coupons, so we completed separate transactions. The staff honored them without making us feel like we were inconveniencing anyone. They handled everything professionally and with a smile, which made the experience feel effortless. This visit reminded me what great customer service is supposed to look like. After the disappointment I experienced at another location the day before, this team completely restored my confidence in Panda Express. It’s amazing how much a welcoming attitude, kindness, and genuine hospitality can change someone’s entire day. To the evening crew working around 6:30 p.m., thank you for treating us with warmth and respect. Your smiles didn’t go unnoticed, and your excellent customer service made a lasting impression. I recently ordered from Panda Express, and it was a great experience. They always have amazing deals, and they make sure to give you a good amount of food so you feel like you’re actually getting what you paid for. The quality, portions, and value are always appreciated. Ordering online is definitely the way to go it makes the process easy, convenient, and overall a great experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Well for some reason the Chinese lady at the register treats me different than the other employees do and I spent like 50 bucks one day and 40 bucks another because I have a teenager but I'm going to stop going there and she keeps treating me like this FYI. She needs to not be biased and treat me like I'm some person using a falsified debit card just because I have scars after leukemia but I felt profiled as if I was some drug user using somebody else's debit card even though my name was on the card. The guy that was making the to go orders was working promptly and politely. That was a fresh bowl of chicken just sitting there while I waited in line for 20 minutes and they didn't want to put it in there until the lady gave us the soggy.stuff first. Which I don't think was cool to get Soggy food after waiting in line for 20 minutes
