The staff were kind to my 80 year old aunt. They were patient with her and explained how to order which was difficult because she is hard of hearing. Price per person: $30–40

I had a very disappointing experience at this Panda Express. I came to pick up a DoorDash order and politely asked if I could use the restroom. An employee named Randy spoke to me very rudely and said the restroom was only for customers. I explained that DoorDash drivers are also helping their business by picking up food orders, but he still behaved disrespectfully and made me feel insulted. After I picked up the order and was leaving, he even threatened to block me from receiving orders from this location in the future. This kind of behavior toward delivery drivers is completely unprofessional and unaccept

This is the only panda i go to. to be honest, the food is good, but the people mske me come back. I work all day, a lot of times 7am-9:30pm, so i arrive to panda late, and i do feel bad. not a SINGLE employee has made me feel bad about it, they are all so kind. But my favorites are Mercedes, Max, and i believe her name is Sahari? I'm not 100% sure as i only caught her name last time i went in and lost the receipt but hopefully she knows if i'm talking about her. I love those 3. Max was super kind one night when me and a coworker went in aftwe woek, he even went arounr to the tables to show us how to get an offer if we take a survey, and was super delightful. The other woman i mentioned (i am so sorry if i do not remeber your name correctly) is SO sweet, she treats you like a friend and she's super positive. and Mercedes is always a ray of sunshine, even when i see her interact with other customers she is so kind, and welcoming. I love the people here, it's honestly the main reason i choose to go in vs goint in the more convienent drive thru location across town. 10/10 Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
