Asked to sample a new item and was told we don't do samples when in fact other companies and other panda express have given samples. Just lost a customer. I wont be back to any of the locations. Pei wei is better anyways. They in fact do samples. Service: 1

I placed an online order on Tuesday night (3/17). When I picked it up, half the items were missing. I live across the street, so I went back immediately—despite the restaurant being scheduled to stay open for another hour, the menu lights were already off. I waited at the intercom for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. After finally getting my Kung Pao chicken and Rangoons, I woke up the next morning violently ill. I was diagnosed with viral gastroenteritis at Urgent Care and eventually had to go to the ER for IV fluids due to severe dehydration. I missed days of work and was unable to keep anything down for 72 hours. Between the service and the health risk, I highly recommend staying away. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is always great and fresh but the issue here is the sauce I feel like 3 sweet and sour, 3 soy , and where is the teriyaki sauce ?!.
