No fried rice available at 3:49pm. Told I would have a 8-10 minute wait for fried rice. Very limited quantities for other proteins available at the same time. The people in line after me were all being told what items weren't available and how long they would have to wait. Very poor planning and management. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
