Finally got around to trying this place since the joint on Mt. Pleasant closed down. I got the lo mein and added some broccoli which is my topical go- to... dang, I'm pretty pissed I didn't come here sooner- the lo mein was definitely better quality and had more good fresh veggies than the Mt. Pleasant place. I think the portion was a little smaller, but I'm happy to pay for quality vs portion, esp at a place that's on the cheaper end regardless. Service was good and they were ok with my very minimal modifications (adding ) for a small fee, which is oftentimes an issue at other places... apparently it's a really big deal to add broccoli for a buck or two . .. anyway, only reason I deducted a star is because their ragoons are total TRASH.. they are just the frozen ones with very little filling, which is pretty normal I suppose.. I would be soon sooo happy to get less of them and have better quality/homemade if anyone is listening- ragoons an lo mein are two things I will always base my liking of an affordable Chinese spot on. Thankfully art least the lo mein was. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
