I placed an order at 4:44 p.m. It says on the receipt it was sent for delivery at 5:44 p.m., the operator says that there are a lot of orders and I have to wait another hour. We decided to go for an order and asked that we would have Pick-up, they asked us to call. No one dialed, there are no employees in the establishment itself, you need to wait for the Cashiers or the manager to come out of the party from the kitchen. No one has a badge, no uniform. There are no clients in the room. There is also no phone number to contact the point. Who is in charge? Tell me where is your consumer corner? Where is the complaint book? Wait 3 hours for three sets, and simply the worst service possible! Tempura and hot rolls are all cold! I am disappointed! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
