This Chinese restaurant is located in Mukojima, Okawa City, about 50 meters east of the Mukojima Nakano intersection on National Route 208. It's a small shop, and it looks like it was originally a snack shop or something. There are only 5 tables for 4 people in the restaurant. There are several parking spaces available behind the store. Now, regarding the ramen, it is a chicken soy sauce-based soup that is light and has a gentle sweetness. Medium-thin curly noodles are used, and they go well with the soup. The ingredients are simple: the restaurant's specialty: shredded chashu, shredded white onion, and green onion. The sweetness of the soup and the sweetness of the char siew work together to create an elegant flavor. The texture of the green onions is also fun. Large servings are available (1.5 times the noodles), and there is no extra charge. Also, if you find the soup taste bland, there seems to be an additional sauce, but personally, I'm satisfied with the default flavor. Other noodle types include ``Sora Ramen'' and ``Tandan Noodles,'' as well as weekly menus such as ``Sour and Hot Noodles'' and ``Mabo Noodles'' that are offered every Monday. Other menu items include ``char siu bowl'', ``white rice'', and some dim sum menus. In addition, it seems that there are several Chinese dishes available as part of the evening menu. This restaurant was opened around 2013 by a manager who trained at a Cantonese restaurant. The panda chopstick rests, which are also the name of the store, make customers feel at ease. By the way, the restaurant started out as ``Chinese Kitchen Panda-tei,'' but it is now ``Noodle Shop Panda-tei.'' It seems like the focus has shifted to noodles.
