Spend a nice time here and share tasty soup with your friends. The cool staff at this cafe can show how much they like their customers. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. The pretty atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more guests. But google users haven't given Panera Bread a high rating.

Food is terrible, service is terrible, communication between one manager to the next is not on the same page. Objectively inconsistentone day this location can be acceptable. The next day back to 1 star. Went here twice while visiting the white side of my family - ordered a whole salad twice. The first time it was a full bowl of salad plus an extra pastry for having to wait and EVEN AN APOLOGY I didn’t even have to ask for. Second time I ordered, a couple days later, the manager ( Katrina ) made my food but decided to skimp me and give me half a bowl of salad instead. When I confronted her she tried to justify her greed instead of just giving me a refund. Which of course is terrible customer service. If a customer asks for a refund management should be obliged to do so. I certainly wasn’t in the mood to hear her almighty explanation of why she thinks I paid my monies’ worth I just wanted my money back. However Katrina was almost insistent that I stand there and be informed on how she was doing the ‘right’ thing. Meanwhile she never offered an apology. I didn’t even want a full refund just a partial one for the salad. Twenty minutes later Katrina finally processed the return and I saw it in my account that same day but the next day ( TODAY ) the return transaction was gone maybe she reversed the transaction because I didn’t have a great attitude in that moment but who would when faced with a greedy manager who would rather defend food people pay waaaay too much for over providing great customer service which is why I came back. Regardless, I will be speaking to a customer service rep from corporate about KATRINA’S TERRIBLE SERVICE and how she thinks she can get away with anything. After seeing how many LOW REVIEWS there are for this location I understand why and where they coming from especially since the food isn’t that great. I will not ever be going back to that location or any Panera bread ever again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

I ordered 1/2 & 1/2...that's not the name of the special,,,but that shows how impressed I am with this place . I have ALWAYS wanted to try this restaurant!! I am very disappointed. I've ordered hoagie from sheetz that came out more as appetizing then this one. There is not much to this. LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO AT ALLLLLLL! My strawberry salad is missing two of the promised ingredients. I know they are so what new opening ,but u would think this restaurant wouldn't be at THIS STAGE yet. It's not like that have been open for 5 or 6 years. So ya , will not order from here again!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Cant handle demand. Make sure to add an additional +45min for your orders during any thought of a rush. Won't fault people for trying but figure it out. 6/5/26 Back again with another disappointing experience at this location. Not sure why we are still serving customers with half attempts, but its becoming increasingly annoying. I will continue to patronize this location until its figured out, but charging people for "premium" fast food and intentionally not giving them what they ordered isnt going to work. I ordered one of the easiest things on the menu (chicken salad), and was given a paper thin layer of product on bread that wouldn't cover 50% of my hand. If there is no bias at work here its pure laziness. The city locations with x5 the sales do better work. More than willing to update this again and hopefully on better terms.
