This morning, it felt like it took forever to get our bagels toasted. We were waiting, while employees were just standing around and chatting, not doing anything till we complained. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I am going to tell you about the last two interactions with this Panera Bread. They were both next level stupid. 1.) Ordered a large door dash order for about 8 of us. They forgot a sandwich. No big deal, but I called and to get it refunded and they told me they don't have the ability to refund but I can come pick up a new sandwich, ummmmm OK. 2.) Went in today to buy some baguettes for a home meal. The kid behind the counter said they didn't have any bread. He said this while standing in front of several hundred loaves of bread, fully baked, on the giant racks. I inquired about those, and was told, those are for tomorrow. I said, I am here right now, why wouldn't you want to sell those today, and was met with a baffled look and then offered some plain bagels. Moral of the story, avoid this panera bread. If you really want the food, go to Solon. It's cleaner and they seem to have their act together. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
