This Panera is almost always busy and it runs a little slow. That's the only drawback. Otherwise the food is what you would expect and I've never had any other issues with it. They're always out of something, regular order mistakes, iced coffee is a gamble because half the time it's 3/4 water, whenever I get a notification that my food is ready I go down and have to wait another 5 minutes for it. Are they doing that so it looks like they get orders out fast? Idk but it's annoying. Only pro is that some of the employees are cool. Didn't know this place existed. Nice location and decorum...very spacious... Parking: Make sure your ticket has been VALIDATED by Panera Bread staff...or..else...you will pay $20. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible...attached to a Nationwide facility...
