Food wasn’t made right. They mess up a lot here it’s good sometimes but sometimes the line staff jacks up the simplest order I love Panera bread but you guys need to get it together, big time. It’s unacceptable I just wasted 15 dollars on a meal I’m not satisfied with. Food is way too expensive to be making stupid mistakes. Then when you say something to one of the line guys they say they did it right I don’t think I will return to this Panera again . And clean the fountain drink and the area around it. It’s filthy . Definitely not satisfied not happy with this service

I am very upset...for the 3rd time...which is super strange to me...they have left the BACON...of of my bacon,egg and cheese coussaint. Every time the do it...I get upset...stop going then eventually return back to give them another try. I have been trying to call them since about 10:30 this morning to let them know of my issue with no response. 2 times someone has answered the phone then hung up...for the amount of $$$ the customer pays for the sandwich...it should not be this hard....UGGHHH....I AM SUPER FRUSTRATED....this is not good practices...
