Women be careful at this Panera. They have a verbally abusive male employee who seems to be a little unhinged. I think the issues they have had at this store have sent them over the edge. I’ve been coming in here everyday for my Sip Club beverage (sometimes 2-3 times a day) while I work and study. Today, I walked in and it smelled DELISH! I told the baker that it smelled great and he said that’s part of his art - making sure it smells great and the bread is tasty! I told him the Oatmeal Raisin cookies are my fav. He gave me a freshly baked cookie on the house! It’s the little things people do that make your day sometimes. Today that little gesture of a feee cookie had a big impact! Thanks, downtown Panera! I ordered dinner at 5:30pm. Limited menu and out of bread. How do you call yourself Panera Bread if you don’t have bread. Poorly managed and staff is rude. I don’t blame the staff because I only witnessed two people in the store. Probably overworked and under staffed. The bowl of soup that cost over 6$ was a teaspoon. Also when I ordered, they kept asking me if I wanted to order a drink. I don’t understand why since the drink machine did not work. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
