I generally really love Panera Bread but this location has been the worst out of all the locations I've been to. I normally come in here for breakfast and half the time my order is incorrect. I usually do a rapid-pickup order so I don't have time to wait around for my order to be fixed. A few weeks ago, I was picking up one of my orders which had 3 breakfast sandwiches (ALL with egg) and one sandwich had no egg at all when I picked up my order and checked. And when I went up the counter to tell someone it was made incorrectly, the girl's response was "Ohh we ran out of water to make the eggs. Do you want me to remake it for you?" At that point I didn't question why my other two sandwiches were made correctly with egg and that one was not. But the fact that she had to ask if I wanted it to be remade put me off a little bit. Coming from a customer service background, she should have just apologized and asked how she could make it right instead of making up excuses.
