I walked in with a gift card that I was 100% positive had money on it! When it declined three times the manager offered to cover my meal. Wow! Truly appreciative! Thank you! Service: 5

Tried to call in an order for pickup and was told I had to place on line or in person. As my order had specific asks could not order on line. After driving 15 miles to place order was told they had no bread bowels!!! This restaurant is called Panera BREAD, right????? Having moved into a new site it is amazing how they continue to provide a poor customer experience. Service: 1
