The 2 girls working the line at 9 pm on Saturday the 20th were extremely rude. I asked her if I could have my bread bowl ans she said no you ordered a regular bowl of soup. Goes to show receipt I said yes I can read but I trying to tell you the cashier heard me wrong and ill pay more if needed. She proceeded to walk away and speak I'll about me in spanish not knowing I'm fluent in spanish and asked her "excuse me?" She said "oh um nothing" so I replied esta mi sopa de pan? And she replied esta bien in shock that I knew spanish. This is very wrong and they should realize that others know what their saying. She's the one with the pony tails with braids. I am in the service business and I left a 10 dollar tip up front and everything!! I wish I could take it back if it wasn't for the sweet cashier. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff at this panera bread are very friendly. I recently signed up for the unlimited sip club since the first two months are free and I have a panera bread by my job. I get free drinks every two hours which is awesome and saves me so much money. This location doesn't have people cashiers, instead they have digital systems where you place your order and then it gets prepared. I personally like to order online for a faster pickup and to ensure I get my points. The app also has exclusive offers so be sure to check those out. There is plenty of seating and it's located in a nice plaza.
