I work right across the street from this Panera Bread I visit often. Every time I go here I have the worst service. Some of your employees are extremely rude specifically the ones on the food line. For example today’s experience was me looking at the drinks made for pickup. I was told to grab one very rudely that it didn’t matter and when I continued to look for my name the associate repeated “IT DOES NOT MATTER WHICH ONE” it did matter one didn’t have ice. But in summary everyone is always rude it’s never a friendly face or even just a smile. If the workers are overwhelmed let’s get them some help. There is a lot of people that need a job I’m sure it shouldn’t be hard to find one that will at least smile. A bunch of angry employees doesn’t make a good atmosphere for your employees AND your customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
