We stopped here twice last couple weeks. We had a good experience with service and food was also good. My favorite is French onion soup, my friends liked the salad. I also ordered café latte. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Panera Bread at 1st service plaza heading west into Ohio. If you don’t use their stupid kiosk to order nobody comes to wait on you. Then my wife wanted Mediterranean salad w/o chicken. Showed the same price though menu says it’s $6.00 less. I couldn’t figure out how to change it so I asked about the chicken and the snarky worker guy said I should have looked for the salad w/o the chicken on the menu. I told him I felt I was being scammed and he just smiled and walked away. I’ve never been treated this way before at Panera Bread and I’m considering not going to another one.
