location was dirty, no tables were wiped, drink area was bad and dishes were overflowing. food was cold, and alllll wrong, had to ask for most of my order (chips, cookies and drink cups) staff was extremely rude and barely even responded. shop was not busy buy all staff was distracted. when i got the email to review my experience, they reached out to me to refund order or come back for a cookie....i spent over30$ plus part of it was a giftcard my daughter got for her birthday. they stated they would refund my debit card and also send me a gift card through text....never received, emailed multiple times and still no refund. finally the manger wanted us to come in , after the cleanliness of the store and the quality of the food, i wasnt driving back up there. they said they couldnt "mail me a giftcard" which i thought was odd, so now my daughter was unable to eat most of the food, im out over 30$ and still no gift card. as i explained it was a bitday gift, they didnt seem to care about the child who just wasted the money. the person i dealt with was Abby Ziajka , not helpful and still no refund......i feel the worst for my daughter since it was a gift. we will not return, it was dirty, half the food was not cooked correctly and the staff was incredibly rude. i am writing this review over a month after our experience thinking they would make things right and still they havent. I really love this establishment, but what I found in my salad absolutely shocked me. You need to be much more vigilant about what goes where, so that locusts and flies don't end up in the food. I am appalled. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Saturday morning 5/3, had a Greta experience with the young man who rung me up, told me his home store Panera bread was Doylestown, helped me with my giftcard checked my balances, let me know I had 5.00 off on my Panera rewards card and the half sandwich and half salad was so big you never know how it will be n it was Great n I dropped my baguette n they gave me a new one. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
