Overpriced, small serving sizes, sometimes low effort (don't get a caramel latte because they just serve you a regular latte for caramel prices) Price per person: $10–20

I usually order food at this Panera Bread and food is good. they are fast and good people , but the last time I order, They didn’t customize the food the way I ordered. But the real problem here is that they don’t call your name a lot of times when your food is ready. They just say “ice coffee” and it’s totally unacceptable because they are usually 2-3 people having a same order and it turns into a hassle. Sometimes they don’t want to pronounce your name so they simple say “steak”. It’s a favorite food at Panera Bread and it’s so common people order it. By saying “steak” usually 3 people go to the desk and whoever takes it first, has the food. It always happens with drinks and I’m so tired of those awkward moments arguing with people that who should half the ice coffee. Also there is no receipt or anything to prove that’s yours or not, so at least call by name please.
