I recently placed an order on DoorDash for Chicken Noodle soup. When it arrived to me it was just broth, and no noddles, chicken, carrots, etc. I called the store to let them know, and the store manager Brooklyn was AMAZING! She offered to give me a new soup and even threw in a pastry. I came the next day to get it and she was so pleasant & sweet. Her customer service was amazing. I highly recommend this Panera location. Tried Panera Bread for the first time today for breakfast. I ordered the Steak & Wake Ciabatta sandwich and really enjoyed it. Ordering on the app was super easy and drive thru was also very quick. Food is always ready for pickup. Food is always fresh. Prices are pretty good especially with the daily coupon from the Paneras app. Combine that with discounted gift cards and Sip Club for the win.
