Order nicely cooked seasonal soup, bread soup and Caesar salads. You will enjoy its food, particularly good biscuits and tasty cinnamon rolls. Clients don't highly appreciate iced coffee at this cafe.

Came at 8 oclock and the cashier clearly saw me and a few more people waiting, proceeds to walk around and stay talking on the phone. What takes the cake is the “Terrence manager” or whatever was on his shirt, looked me dead in the face and I figured he’d come around eventually but nope 15 minute went by and he just stared from the other side of the counter until another employee asked the girl on her phone if she could take orders. I understand it being “close” (an hour?) to the end of the night but they were kind of rude if you asked me something really off about this work force. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Edit to add another review. I’m a glutton for punishment maybe. One small tip, maybe don’t tip items completely sideways that the ingredients can slide off? Grab a larger bag so it can lay flat. The $6 avocado toast should have been laid flat. And we were given the wrong soufflé. This place isn’t going to make it much longer unfortunately. Original review: Nobody seems to know what’s going on. The one lady keeps getting orders wrong. People are coming in from outside for things she missed. She gave me the wrong thing. Then didn’t give me something. Then the kitchen staff (who was very nice) told me they ran out of something that goes on my sandwich when I asked the cashier if they had everything needed to make it (whenever I look online considering an order they are ALWAYS out of something that goes on the sandwich). Not to mention the new location is so cold and not warm and cozy like the previous building. I get they wanted a drive thru but it’s so subpar. The two people in front seem very confused. I strongly dislike this panera. Every single time I come here, they never make my order correctly. Today they ran out of baguette as a side, your panera BREAD how do you run out of bread?!? Also, the staff always seem bothered when I ask them to fix my order that they messed up. I don't even know why I still come here. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
