Make a change from your habitual meal and taste nicely cooked bread soup, broccoli soup and steak sandwiches at this cafe. It's time to try tasty biscuits and good cinnamon rolls. A lot of visitors order great cold coffee, tea or iced coffee.
At Panera Bread, you can order dishes as a takeaway. If you look through the visitors' comments, employees are energetic at this place. Nice service is something clients agree upon here. A lot of guests point out that the dishes have low prices. There is a pretty atmosphere and beautiful fireplace at this spot. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this cafe deserved 4.

What a lovely place! Jasmine helped me today and she was so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me decide on whst to have for lunch. In today's busy "rush rush" world, i really appreciate someone taking out the time to make me feel seen and heard. The food is so fresh and they always get my order perfect . Thanks guys! Been here a few times in recent years since I moved to the area. If this location is a good representative of the brand overall, then Panera is getting VERY skimpy with the portion sizes these days. Can’t say it really makes me wanna keep coming back. I don’t like feeling like everything just keeps getting more and more expensive in exchange for less product, but.. well.. reality just is what it is, sometimes. My husband and I tried to eat at Panera Bread on Glenwood Ave after being on the road for hrs. We were staying at the hotel next door. It was a cold, rainy day around 3:00 in the afternoon and we just wanted a bowl of soup before we checked in. There was one person at the counter and only a few people in the dining area. We were waiting our turn when an employee approached us after picking up trays and rudely told us the only way to get anything to eat was ordering from the computer or online and the wait was at least 45 minutes. I told the man we just wanted a bowl of soup. He quickly told us it didn’t matter what we wanted then turned around and walked off. We left and ended up at Lynwood Grille, which meant getting back in the car and driving to look for a place to eat. I would never recommend this place and I’m not sure I will eat at any Panera Bread again. If walk ins can’t order from the counter there should be signs posted everywhere. When I last ate at a Panera Bread customers could either order from the computer or counter. Customers need to be treated with respect regardless and an employee’s role should always be to put the customer first. Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
