COUNTLESS times my order is always wrong... We always have to open the bag to see if they got it right for simple orders... They forget your pastry... They forget you wanted your drink hot AND today my daughter said they have their order to some one else!! SMH... I'm surprised, because this location is cool but service is horrible. Price per person: $40–50

Very friendly staff! I had Manuel assist me with an issue with my Panera app not working and he went above & beyond.!!!! I visit Worldgate often and never received that level of service before!
