Bug in my food. Wanna start off with; The manager was very professional. Gave me a full refund for my order, then took the food, bagged it up and threw it away. I appreciate the quickness to action which is why i dont give 1 star. But the bug made me lose my appetite.

I do not like Panera Bread as a company in general. Their presence at 12 corners saddens me because they take up space that would otherwise be better for a mom and pop shop, especially as this location is near a school. Children shouldn't be exposed to corporate businesses so close to where they live and learn. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
