Do not go away without trying perfectly cooked cheese salads, broccoli soup and bagel sandwiches. Most guests recommend trying tasty biscuits, bagels and muffins. Good latte, lemonade or ice tea are worth a try here.
The cozy atmosphere of this cafe allows guests to relax after a hard working day. The high ratings of Panera Bread would be impossible without the efficient staff. Spectacular service is something visitors like here. A lot of people think that prices are reasonable for what you get. 4.2 is what this place got from the Google rating system.

Phoenix the Bearded Dragon here, reporting with full dragon approval! Mama Bear Lennox grabbed our clan Panera on N. Kansas Expwy. by The Library Station, & it was such a bright, welcoming experience. We did the Mix & Match with the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad & the Toasted Italiano, & everything was fresh, vibrant, & exactly what our bodies needed. The children happily shared the sandwich, bread, & even some of the chicken from Mama Bear’s salad, while she got to enjoy the Dragon Fruit Sunrise Refresher; which felt perfectly fitting for a DragonApproved outing! I even enjoyed a few tiny salad bites myself! The staff was wonderful, kind, & patient, & one sweet lady even thanked Mama Bear for her patience. The flavors were immaculate, the atmosphere was warm, & this meal felt like a little sunshine blessing. Highly recommend! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Girl who took our order was not helpful. My husband and I both ordered a half chicken poppyseed strawberry salad, and were then told that chicken on the salad would be an upcharge! There was no such info on the menu board, so I asked, "You mean if you order a CHICKEN poppyseed strawberry salad, chicken is EXTRA?" She replied yes, so I asked what else would be on the salad. She replied, "everything but the chicken," apparently assuming I knew the salad ingredients. She seemed annoyed and gave the impression that she would rather be ANYWHERE ELSE but there helping her customers. Bread was a bit stale on our half sandwich, and some salad greens were slimy. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

As a sip Club member I visit Panera Bread virtually every day sometimes twice a day. It's always pretty decent food and the atmosphere is just casual it is fine and always clean and convenient. Today I stopped at the one on North Kansas Expressway in Springfield and I have never had such awful service at a Panera Bread in my entire life. All three staff members that I encountered were rude. Honestly it's been a long time since I encountered such obnoxious employees at any kind of restaurant. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
