I just can no longer support Panera Bread. Cost is so high and what you get is cheap and insufficient. It's a shame how a multimillion dollar company can cheat its customers. Even if it's a franchise, the portions are disappointing and you feel incredibly cheated out of your money. The value doesn't match what you get. My meal cost a ridiculous $20 for a half sandwich and half soup and a tea. I ordered the cheese steak half sadwhich. It would have been so much better to just get a cup of soup and the bread with it. My sandwich literally had the thinnest smallest slice of meat with a half piece of melted cheese and like 3 tiny overcooked pepper pieces... this is the steak and cheese sandwich. I have pictures. So disappointing. And there is no point in even saying anything to the workers because most don't speak English and now I worry about people doing this to my food these days cause customer service isn't even a thing anymore.
