I've ordered from here around (4) times for work and every single time I've ordered my food was late. The last time was the straw that broke the camels back.....my food was almost an hour late, my colleagues' meeting was nearly over by the time it arrived. Not sure if every Panera is like this, but I definitely won't ordering from here anymore. Food: 5 Service: 2

From my experience this location consistently does a great job. The staff is always fast, friendly, and polite, which makes a big difference during busy days. My drink is always ready quickly, and the service feels welcoming every time I stop by. Really appreciate the consistency and positive attitude here—thank you! MY CASHIER Niyi was so great his customer service skills was an absolute 10/10. He warmly greeted me, went through the entire menu, offered me a sample and even told me about the rewards system! To tie it alll together he even brought my food to the table for me (chipotle chicken avocado on Asiago bagel - must try!) Most of the Panera breads in the Houston area closed due to franchise owner fraud but this one is staying strong and I am grateful. Clean and quiet relaxing restaurant. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
