I spent a week in Panesic Hotel sometime in August 2025 when I had travelled to Embu on business. I was happy with the service and the the general cleanliness of the hotel and the meals although I felt they were a bit overpriced. My greatest disappointment came when I made an overpayment on accommodation and the manager a Mr Musyoki, whom I have called severally since, refused to refund me. He told me the hotel policy does not allow so the only option is to go and spend a night there! Such madness!! This has left a very bad taste in my mouth!! I doubt that the owner is aware of this integrity issue!! Service: 1
