Historic bakery in the municipality. I remember from when I was a child that the oven was already there. The tradition has been handed down for at least 2 - 3 generations in my memories. The products are of good quality. Always full of many customers at almost all hours. The pizza and confectionery products including taralli are also very good, very well known in Puglia but also known in many other places in Italy, Europe and throughout the world.
