Carlos Hernandez is beyond a tremendous leader and stellar individual that makes this Panini Cafe extremely welcoming. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers that walk into those doors and makes you feel part of the family. I've been coming to this Panini location constantly and always love the fact that Carlos is there to make my experience tremendous. The food is always great, extremely high quality meat accompanied by other homemade garnishes. Everything at Panini cafe, starting from their paninis all the way to their pastas are mouthwatering and extremely delicious. My personal favorite is the chicken kabob plate with Caesar salad and bulgur rice. Another treasure is their baklava and tiramisu which I love and is out of this world. Carlos Hernandez is the real MVP here and genuinely deserves my highest recognition and is truly a well respected gentleman that I can see go far in life and Panini has a tremendous asset like Mr. Carlos Hernandez! Thank you always brother

Went here with my family and the staff was not paying mind to us. We were the first ones in the patio area it was 5 of us. We had ordered our food. Other people started arriving I would say about 3 tables of 2 got their food before us. We kept getting attended by different people and when we asked for the check the lady said she did not speak Spanish so I asked her in English and she never sent it. I had also asked a waiter to bring a tray to go and he never brought it but I saw him gazing around on who else to help mind you everyone else had left by then. After, another waitress asked if we were ready to pay we told her we had asked someone else about 10 to 15 minutes prior to her so she said she would get it, then took like 15 minutes to bring it back. It was really bad service. I don’t recommend coming here although I’m not sure why they were attending us like that because it seemed everyone else was getting fast service.
