Delicious lunch spot that we will be coming back to. There were multiple vegetarian options and everything tasted fresh and delicious! I enjoyed the ricotta salad (the lentils and garbanzos on it were really nice and it had a delicious dressing), and my kid loved the fresh mozzarella panini (normally he lets me take bites of his food, but he declared it was too good to share). The owner was so friendly and welcoming, so I can't wait to take my kid back for another lunch. I recently tried the croissant panini set at Panini Soup near Gwangalli Beach in Busan, and it was absolutely delightful! The set includes a crispy croissant panini filled with fresh veggies and a savory spread, paired with a vibrant ricotta cheese salad topped with a poached egg and crunchy crumbs. The creamy pumpkin soup added a warm, comforting touch, and the Americano was the perfect finishing note. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing.
