Potential Michelin - if the marshmallow tire mascot is willing to venture to this part of the world. While Montevideo does not have a single Michelin star, maybe at some point in time in the future, they might have one. Why? Because the ambience is great, the setting is relaxed and cultured, the food is good and the drinks are special. They executed the beef so well and the portion was so generous that I had problems finishing my meal. That appetizer bread also stole the show when it was served piping hot with a sauce so garlicky and delicious that I wanted to finish it so much that it filled my stomach, sacrificing the main dish I ordered. Drinks were special and reasonably priced. I absolutely loved the presentation of something so simple yet so astonishing at the same time. This is a place I’d visit ever so often but I don’t live around this area. But maybe some day in the distant future I would revisit with my loved one.
