Please note that on the machine there is stated a customer service number 0800 80 08 that is available 0-24 and our staff can help you resolve your problem online, extract your selected product or return your money if the machine is blocked. In case our lines are occupied, you can send a mail to an email adress panissimo@panissimo.hr that is also stated on the machine with description of experienced difficulties and your contact and our staff will get back to you to resolve the problem.
